"We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were excellent. The facilities are really well looked after. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. The beach was beautiful. Some others have complained about the price of food and drink and I guess in comparison to other parts of Portugal it may seem like that. It is a 5 star rating and we expected 5 star pricing for food. We enjoyed the buffet dinner although I thought there could be more hot options at dinner. We enjoyed the Lima restaurant for the wonderful staff. The food at Lima was very good but could have gone up a level to meet the hotel star rating. The regional wine suggestions were excellent in all restaurants and reasonable prices based on North American perspective. All-in-all the staff made the experience. "

"Super hotel and whilst it says 20 mins to the beach its an easy walk. Tgere is a courtsey bus too tho. Comfirr noted as 4....they changed our bed halfcway through our stay and changed the pillows to hard. When we asjed for a change to soft it still wasn't right. We had a kettlle in the room but supplies of coffee and milk were not refreshed daily despite my asking. However "

"Just spend a week at Algarve Casino. The property was lovely and ideally located close to the main street and the beach. We had lovely sea views from our room which in itself was spacious. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated but that did not take away from the overall impressions. The seawater pool was nice and warmer than that sea. No issues with getting a sunlounger but I can imagine during peak season there might not be enough. Food for breakfast was good with loads of choices. We did not use the restaurant for lunch or dinner so cannot really provide an opinion. Staff were generally friendly and tried to help when we had any queries. Overall a lovely place to stay."

"Amazing hotel. Already 2nd time staying here. Front office team is amazing. They are very welcoming, friendly, professional. Huge thank you for such efforts to accommodate us in our room earlier. Room is huge, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, spacius,clean. Amazing service from housekeeping keeping our room clean. Loved the amenities in bathroom with branded L'Occitane products. Restaurant is great, food is super delicious, big varieties of different dishes. Loved the services at restaurant, all the staff is super attentive. 2 pools, plenty of space to stay around even if the hotel is fully booked. Good food at the snack bar by the pool. Loved the 'juice of the day', of course cocktails. Spa is good, worth to visit. Overall our stay was amazing, coming vack next year."
