The service throughout our stay was absolutely perfect—warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. There are many activities on and offsite that were very easy to arrange. The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was especially beautiful. We loved the gorgeous regional tilework, which gave the space so much character, and the amazing chandelier added an elegant touch. The complimentary bottle of local red wine and cheese board waiting for us was such a generous and memorable welcome. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wonderful buffet offering plenty of delicious options, and dinner at the hotel was excellent as well. Everything about Casa Palmela felt carefully considered, charming, and special. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing boutique hotel experience."
