Solar de Santo António is a farm located in the center of Palmela. The Quinta has 2 floors in a total of 8 rooms with a capacity of 25 Guests. Beautiful country home

This location was perfect for us. It provided a quiet lovely spot for all of to gather and relax, and it was close enough to Lisbon and other nearby attractions. The home has a nice layout and provided ample space for our large extended family. Also, communication from our host was great. He checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed.

Room for improvement

We had a wonderful stay in Palmela. The location and weather were perfect. The house was a great base from which to work for day trips. The furnishings in the house are very worn and we were ok with that. Then the second floor lost hot water and the family members on that floor were unhappy. The workers, lead by Joao (who's a great guy) spent about 10 hours changing the plumbing, rendering the 2nd floor unusable for a day. After I suggested that the owners consider a partial refund for that day when we were unable to use half the house, I never heard another word from an otherwise very communicative and helpful person. So, a review that would have been stellar turned into a poor one and I'm sorry for that.

Schöne Villa mit einem wirklich tollen Blick. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und uns wurde das Haus gezeigt. Sehr netter Gastgeber und eine tolle Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
