"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. Check how they charge you after your stay."

"Housekeeping was on point when we called. Parking is pretty convenient. Good location to downtown Brooklyn. The only issue is the repairs that have been made in the hotel, very janky and not professionally done. "

"Staff were very helpful and nice. Very understanding when i realized I forgot my physical debit and had somw difficulty figuring out how i was going to check in. However the hvac units in the rooms are old and hardly function. I was given another room because the hvav did not work at all but the hvac in the 2nd room was working but felt like it was on its last leg. Luckily it was only hot on the first night and the other nights were fine."
