"No hubo limpieza del cuarto, no pusieron toallas limpias ni alfombra. El agua salía turbia y el aire hacía ruido. Se reportó pero no hubo respuesta "

"The room itself wasn’t the cleanest. Stained sheets, shower was a little gross, mirror uncleaned, curtain wasn’t black out, window had no lock and we were on ground level. Wallpaper peeling off walls and ring of water damage obvious around room. Other than that it was ok. We’ve stayed in worse. Staff were extremely friendly though!"

"The AC works very good air conditioner or if you need heat, great wifi and the tv has wifi too so can watch all your shows movies and apps & the staff are cool and the shower are jn good condition "

"The room was tired and run down. Is this the mattress was broken and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off the side. The towels were threadbare and smelled bad. Pillows on the bed were tiny and yellowed underneath the pillowcase. Piles of trash are Left out on the sidewalks on Saturdays. We were woken at three or 4 AM when someone was blasting music outside of our window for about half an hour"

"What I didn't like was my room was on the 3rd floor, and me and my girlfriend were woken up by rude guest yelling, laughing very loud in the hallway, banging doors, i frequently stay there and am very disappointed."

"They charge you $25 for the "free breakfast" which is to-go containers, picked up in the cellar, of reheated eggs, sausage, hash browns, a half of a waffle and a tiny croissant with chocolate inside. We left early the second time we stayed here to catch our train and were refused a refund for food that wasn't available at the time we had to leave. It is a lie that the breakfast is free. There is no free breakfast. The second time we had to pay much more because it was the weekend, but our room was crappier. Our sheets were stained and the bathroom light made so much noise when it was turned on. It was obnoxious. The elevator is the slowest in existence. Convenience to the cruise port is the only good part of this hotel."

"Town Suites was very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful water pressure in shower which is not always the case at hotels. Friendly staff. Near the subway so traveling to Manhattan was convenient. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Quiet hotel during our stay so very relaxing while we were there. "
