Amazing Location

The property is in an Amazing location. It has everything that you will need. I had a zoom meeting while there and used the additional room as a quiet space for my work meeting, it was a success.

Amazing condo!

Very impressed with the condo, it was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and the bedrooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not a deal killer.

Great location!

The apartment is a great easy stay! Very clean and updated. The only thing I would say is the bed has a sunken in spot and makes it hard for two people to sleep in the bed. Just needs replacing. I will stay here again next year!!

Grandson's marriage

This was a sweet space. Two bedrooms but one had a futon. I used it as a dressing room. A nice kitchen and living room with 2 recliners and sofa. We were in the city limits of Shelbyville. Downtown was very quaint. We were not far from the wedding venue. Overall great stay. Oksana anwered all our questions and was always helpful. Thank you for making this visit so pleasant.

Everything was perfect except I had rented the two-bedroom because I had my grown daughter with me. She had to sleep on the couch because the futon wasn’t really suitable. I recommend placing a regular bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Cute little apartment, but could be made much better.

When we arrived, the property appeared clean and well-maintained; however, there was a terrible, permeating odor that was probably from strong smelling food that had been prepared in the small space. It was even in the bedding. No amount of air freshener could dissipate the odor. Also, the owners need to invest in a better mattress and pillows for the bed. It was very uncomfortable.
