"Staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Our room was not ready until 3 hours after check in (7pm). Staff were rude and not helpful at all. They told us to just wait it out. When we finally got to our room, we had no towels and no shower curtain. We called the front desk 3 times and went down 2 times before we finally got towels. We also had to call and visit the front desk 4 times before finally receiving a shower curtain the day AFTER check in. We received no sort of compensation for any of this and the staff were just rude any time we asked for anything and acted annoyed with us. Other than that, it was mediocre. Great location right on the beach. However, I would not stay here again. "

"Great location but the room was less than impressive. It smelled like weed and the AC unit was soooo loud, sounded like it was about to give up any minute. "

"Room was nice, A/C was a bit noisy. One sounded like it was raining the other sounded like a storm alarm system. Pool clean, property clean. It was worth what we paid. "

"Hyatt is a great place however Expedia falsely described our room as being beachfront view and it was street view. Expedia didn’t check with the hotel which had been sold out of beach view since May of 2025 It’s sad that this was done to us by Expedia "

"The room was clean, but definitely needs some updates. Staff was very friendly. We had a great view, if the pool, hot tub, and beach. We stay here often, but hoping for updates on the near future. "

"They lost my reservations. But they were still able to accommodate. My bath tub had hair in it and was dirty. Otherwise it was great. I love being able to see the ocean when I wake up and go sit on the beach anytime. "

"I enjoyed my stay! I did think it was a little ridiculous that the staff did not want any kids in the hot tub. The place is advertised as family friendly so kids should be able to sit in the hot tub and warm up. Overall my experience was still good and my room was clean and the price was affordable. "
