This comfortable Studio apartment is independent building in the yard of the family house owner. Mediterranean garden. Separate entrance to the apartment is provided.
You will love it’s location: a beautiful city beach is only 100 meters walk from the apartment and in the same time the center of the old town is only 15 min walk through picturesque promenade by the sea. It is also possible to reach the center of the old town using a shortcut.
This spacious Studio apt. of 36 sq.m.
Right in front of the apartment there's a shadowed terrace which ensures privacy as it’s hidden from the eyes of neighbours and passers-by. Right at the entrance to the apartment there is another, smaller terrace which is also at your disposal. Both terraces are for your solo ( personal) use and here you will enjoy the warm summer evenings. There’s a possibility of using the outdoor grill.
The most important advantage of this Studioapartment is its location in a quite neighbourhoo yet is only a 3 minutes' walk away from the beach Banj and from the lively old town's amenities.
