"We stayed 4 days and are so glad we stayed here. The area has a restaurant right outside with the best view where they serve lunch and dinner. They also have a bar and a pool. It’s an old castle and yet they keep it clean and pretty restored. Breakfast buffet in the morning was included for us. The bathroom comment from others might be from not understanding how to use it as you have to pump the button several times to flush. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They spoke English and some Spanish."

"A spacy and clean studio house that combines the atmosphere of Tuscany very well with modern amenities without being too modern. The owners have preserved many of the old elements of the building - old wooden doors and beams, stone walls and a clay tub on the kitchen sink. with a beautiful view from the terrace in front of the entrance. In the evening the breeze cools you while listening to the song of the crickets. In the morning you can drink your coffee watching the swallows darting over the beautiful landscape while the bleating of sheep echoes the valley. Although it is not in Siena, it is a very convenient location for tourists with a car. You do not worry about parking at night, but you are in nature, away from the crowds filling the streets of Siena. At a pretty decent price in our opinion - a family with 2 children. We used it as a starting point for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, the picturesque towns of Orchia-San Quirico, Pienza and Montepulciano. This place made our trip to Tuscany be what we imagined while planning it."

"Riccardo was an amazing host ! He was quick to reply and helpful with recommendations ! The house was perfect for us as a large family . We liked that it was private but so close to stores and restaurants . We would absolutely stay there again !"

"Facility was great. Service was excellent. Due to the unusual high temperature, the AC did not cool the rooms to a comfortable level. Otherwise, the facility and serivce was 5 star!"

"Everything was exceptional from the breakfast (the walnut pastries are a must) to the staff who brought our food to the room one day even though they don't offer room service to accommodate our schedule issues. This location is really best for couples and/or solo travellers who want to unwind and slow life down. There's no TVs but they have games and a decent library, albeit it is all in Italian. My only quibble would be is to strengthen the wifi."
