"A spacy and clean studio house that combines the atmosphere of Tuscany very well with modern amenities without being too modern. The owners have preserved many of the old elements of the building - old wooden doors and beams, stone walls and a clay tub on the kitchen sink. with a beautiful view from the terrace in front of the entrance. In the evening the breeze cools you while listening to the song of the crickets. In the morning you can drink your coffee watching the swallows darting over the beautiful landscape while the bleating of sheep echoes the valley. Although it is not in Siena, it is a very convenient location for tourists with a car. You do not worry about parking at night, but you are in nature, away from the crowds filling the streets of Siena. At a pretty decent price in our opinion - a family with 2 children. We used it as a starting point for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, the picturesque towns of Orchia-San Quirico, Pienza and Montepulciano. This place made our trip to Tuscany be what we imagined while planning it."

"Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Villa a Sesta. De eigenaar was aardig en reageerde altijd snel als we vragen hadden. Bij ontvangst stond er in de keuken een mand met wijn, olijfolie en andere Italiaanse lekkernijen.Enig negatief punt betreft de airco: één van de twee airco's op de slaapkamer lekte continu. Bovendien moesten we elke dag het externe reservoir legen.In de woonkeuken op de benedenverdieping is geen airco, daardoor was het erg warm in huis. Een airco in de woonkeuken met de hoge temperaturen is echt een must in het vakantiehuis."

"La maison est située en pleine nature au calme. La maison est spacieuse pour 4-5 personnes et dispose de tout le confort moderne tout en gardant l’esprit et le charme d’une maison rurale toscane. L’hôte était très prévenant et accueillant, et les petites attentions à l’arrivée étaient très sympathiques. La visite du vignoble San Vincenti est recommandée. La gestionnaire de maison était aux petits soins et nous a aidés à tout moment. La piscine était très bien située et très agréable."

"My family of four (wife and two kids aged 11 and 14)) have just finished spending six nights at this place. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is immaculate and in an extraordinarily beautiful and serene area close to Siena and other interesting towns in the Tuscany region. The home is extremely spacious with many amenities including a washing machine which we very much appreciated. We stayed during a heat wave but the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the pool, and the yard was incredibly peaceful and private. There is a very small hamlet minutes up the road called San Gusme with a couple of restaurants and other places to eat nearby. We also ate many meals at the home as we wanted to spend quiet evenings on this beautiful property. After 6 nights, my wife still didn’t want to leave which sums up our experience. We hope to stay here again one day. The owners - Marina and Roberto - made us feel very welcome and were wonderful hosts. We simply could not have chosen a better place to stay. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Beautiful, clean apartments in tiny Castelnuovo Berardenga. Perfect for day trips throughout Tuscany with a drive of an hour or less to just about anywhere. Guiliani was an absolute gem and she took wonderful care of us. In addition to the excellent wines of Poggio Bonelli, there are a couple excellent restaurants in Castelnuovo Berardenga with Bengodi Enoteca Ristorante being absolutely superb."

"The room was very spacious and had nice linens. Rustic but comfortable. The property was well kept with owners present but not intrusive in any way. Very kind and helped us with references on where to go and things to do that were all great! Breakfast was fresh, plenty of options and basic eggs cooked to order each morning. Off the highway just a couple of miles and easy to access charming Tuscan towns making the location great! Would definitely go back! "
