Welcome to your cozy and functional retreat on the east side of Sioux Falls! This fully furnished home offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a welcoming living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining area. With a practical design and thoughtful amenities, this residence provides a comfortable and convenient living experience.

The living room invites you to unwind in a space designed for relaxation. Comfortable furnishings and warm decor create a homey atmosphere, while the kitchen and dining area offer a practical layout for meal preparation and shared dining moments. The home features a large fenced in yard for dogs and a fire pit for enjoying summer nights. If you bring a dog(s) please register it as we do charge a $40 pet fee with an additional $10 per dog up to three dogs maximum.

Rules

This is a non smoking property. Any guest that breaks this rule will be subject to a $350 cleaning fee.
Accurately register all overnight guests. Groups that bring unregistered guests will be subject to $100 fee per guest per night.
We do not rent to Sioux Falls locals. There are exceptions so please contact me if needed.

Great stay at a cute bungalow with a fenced in back yard. Location was perfect, plenty of stuff to do/see/eat within range of home. Check in was easy, owners communicated well, messages were answered quickly & check out was simple. We had a fabulous, peaceful, restful & FUN stay here. 10/10 highly recommend & we will absolutely stay here again!

Working Weekend
