"Great hotel and staff. The only issue was the lack of street parking in the evenings (the hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking). It’s in downtown with a lot of shops, which makes it convenient for shopping but tricky to find parking."

"The hotel is nice and there is enough parking in front and at the back of the hotel. The rooms are really small. We stayed at this hotel for 2 different nights in 2 different rooms and both rooms were quite small to fit our 4 bags (2 big and 2 small trolley bags). Once you open one of the bag, there is hardly any room to roam around. But overall a very good hotel and welcoming staff."

"I was really impressed with your CityHosts. It was like having a concierge during my stay. They recommended a good late night place to get a sample of Icelandic cuisine and gave good instructions on how to get to the bus station. They were helpful with my pre-ordered breakfast and coffee, which was very good. Thank you for the gift of the quality breakfast cooler bag. The quality of the Pod and the linens was outstanding. The whole place felt so hushed and secure, very relaxing. The bathrooms and shower were meticulous. Very good experience."
