"Lovely modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a good size with lots of storage and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The only downside for us was the distance to the centre of Reykjavík, but not a major problem at all."

"The hot tub was nice, though we did not know how to warm it back up after not using it for a few days. The outdoor shower was interesting...but we got used to it. At least the water was hot! Overall, the location was beautiful, the cottage was cozy, and the New Years Eve firework display overlooking Reykjavik was unbelievable. Also, we were lucky enough to see some Northern Lights!
