"We loved our stay here. The property is in a lovely quiet but convenient location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There is a very helpful list of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The owners were very welcoming. I can’t recommend this guest house enough. "

"We enjoyed a 2 night stay in one of the newly refurbished bedrooms (Room 5). The room was furnished to a high standard with a modern bathroom and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient with a good selection of beers and spirits at the bar. We ate dinner one night and the food was well cooked and of a very good quality. Our only minor ‘gripe’ was being unable to get a drink at the bar after returning from a meal out in Arundel at 9.40pm but otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay!"

"The check in instructions and help from the owner were great. The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. There was a food parcel provided which was a lovely touch and even included a bottle of wine, that we didn’t get around to opening . All the rooms were spotless and the living space was so well laid out for the four of us. Location was perfect. I could’ve stayed longer for sure "
