Very good

Love this hotel! Very nice, clean and decent views. Very accessible to both Upper Manhattan & Brooklyn, with only a few mins walk to Wall Street train station for access to the 2/3. Also other trains nearby. This hotel is near pier 17 where there is ao much history. It’s very beautiful and peaceful in comparison to other parts of Manhattan. Will definitely be booking again!!! Cons - no microwave in room so if you have a long stay, consider this. Otherwise ask the lobby or 2nd floor kitchen for...

The hotel and the service are amazing. It is on an excellent location - the thing everyone needs when traveling. The hotel is extraordinary, especially now for the holidays. The reception staff is really kind and helpful. Moreover, the room service is exceptional. Our room was spotless at all times.

Clean and beautiful

Absolutley everything. The hotel staff couldn't be more welcoming, the location of the hotel is just perfect. I regret not having discovered this hotel sooner. I found my new NYC place to stay ❤

Amazing in every aspect. Staff could not have been nicer. Raven is a gem. Was there for a big work event. Will be back
