"Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio "

"I stayed in this apartment while my apartment was being renovated. It's comfortable, clean and a great East Village location. The neighborhood is filled with energy and great for walking. The host was very responsive!"

"The location is great the virtual assistant is very responsive,the room space is ok . But the property is very badly maintained. The light spot are broken . They provided with coffee machine with no coffee no sugar no water . The worst thing was when I came back at night and water to take shower surprise surprise! It’s broken !!! I’m not recommending this place at all."
