Great House

We stayed here in June and thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful house. The location was very quiet and we enjoyed the deck every morning and evening. The only c suggestion I’d offer is to add a large bed to one of the rooms.

Lovely home

This home was perfect for our needs during our trip to the Cape Cod area for our son’s wedding. We had a spacious place to prepare for all the festivities and a relaxing atmosphere for family time. Really enjoyed the fire pit too!

Clean and Roomy

We had a great stay—beautiful, open, airy and well equipped Kitchen. 4 BRs was perfect for our group of 10 adults on the Cape for a family get together. Check-in/check-out process was simple. Newly renovated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and all of the extra fun stuff in the out door shed. Highly recommend!

Very clean, plenty of room for the four of us, excellent location, quiet neighborhood, excellent kitchen. The lock did not like rainy weather and was sometimes difficult to open. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Great house !

Wow! What a great time this house was beautifully well kept looked newly renovated it was beautiful! Had all the amenities you could ask for great location and close to all the local beaches, shops, restaurants. We would love to come back next year hopefully we can make it work ! Definitely a must stay !

Full Blast, Malfunctioning Furnace in the Middle of August

On the first night, the furnace malfunctioned and the heat was on full blast to the point that the house was uninhabitable. Temps reached near 90 degrees inside the house. This was despite turning off the furnace through the in house thermostat and keeping all the windows open. We contacted the management through the text several times, which gave nondescript recommendations but without any action. Then called several times before management responded. They had someone come late in the night who said that they are not able to help. Eventually we figured out a way to turn the power supply to the furnace off which finally stopped the heat. We had 5 kids and no one slept until the temps came down late at night with the windows open. The management promised partial refund, but I haven't heard from them since. Several messages and phone calls later, no one has responded or refunded anything. The other night, the house next door had a loud party all night so no one could sleep again... I would not recommend staying here, especially with a family.
