"It was first time I want to Cardiff.. The hotel was very close to trine station and in middle town.. It was great.. The hotel was very clean.. Room was very clean I was very impressed. Breakfast was amazing it was very clean and everything was full you didn't have to ask for anything.. If you going to Cardiff please try it ..you won't be disappointed in promise.."

"Arrived to a very warm welcome by the reception staff, explained about the use of the fitness facilities and the restaurant. Food was good, highly recommend the pork tomahawk. Room excellent with all the facilities that I needed. "

"Stayed in a standard double room, comfy bed, good shower, clean room and staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Had a roast dinner in the browns restaurant, could be better considering how nice the dining area actually was to sit in. Nice pint of estrella though"

"Room was clean and comfortable but quite dark as there was not a lot of natural light. Staff were very friendly and gave us complimentary drinks for our anniversary."

"Check in was great. Allowed to the room early. Check out day was not so good. Check out is 12. We were showering and the cleaner knocked and walked in at 10.30 then a maintenance man knocked at 11 wanting to come in. The bar staff were not helpful and no room tab was allowed. Not a smile in sight. Lovely spa area and maintained well. Plenty of towels provided. But only 4 very old saggy loungers. People had to sit on the floor. Room for more or at least some chairs."
