No one at this property is customer centric. The customer service was horrible. Step out to Heavenly property and the customer service is AMAZING. Inside this property and they are short, abrupt, and rude. They aren’t even interested in trying to make the experience one that would be enjoyable. Every conversation was what they couldn’t do or wouldn’t do. This is the second time we’ve been to Tahoe and we wanted to stay near the Gondola but other than proximity, it wasn’t worth it. Marriott should be checking this property, time share or not.
