Home for the holidays! Looking for a family getaway, ski lease or remote work opportunity in the Tahoe Keys, South Lake Tahoe? Fully furnished home with cozy fireplace, just 5 miles from Heavenly and the casinos. Parking for 2 cars and snow removal included in monthly rent. 3 bedrooms all with king beds and TV's, 2 remodeled bathrooms (one with a heated tile floor), a den/office and new appliances will make this the perfect winter retreat. 90 night minimum. 1 small dog with prior approval considered. HOA Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool (large with lap lanes and diving board), two large outdoor Jacuzzis, private beach and pier, tennis courts, basket ball courts, open green belts. Just minutes from ski resorts, casinos, Heavenly Gondola and other ski areas and recreational activities. Fee's apply per person for use of HOA amenities.
