"Nice staff. Near M&S,Tesco, and Sainsbury grocery stores. Feels out of the way but it is near many tube stations. Some restaurants open near there until 11pm. 10 minute walk to Borough Market. Great deal and AC rooms. Better than staying near Charring Cross or Piccadilly. I would go back."

"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area. We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory. We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed. The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight. We didn't try the restaurant food, but did drink at the bar. Staff were friendly but it was disappointing that service ended by 11pm."

"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."
