"Staff were polite. Room was clean. Enough parking. Breakfast was complimentary, clean, and the eating area was comfortable. I did have someone knocking on my door at 4 am but assumed it was a hotel visitor trying to find their room or group. Maybe better security when going up to the rooms will prevent this. I would book again."

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth, and we really appreciated Genesis at the front desk for being helpful and efficient. The only issue we encountered was with another front desk staff member, Irma. We needed a parking pass for one day after picking up our rental car. When we approached her, she didn’t seem very welcoming and appeared irritated from the beginning. After we explained our request, she assumed we needed a shuttle to pick up the rental car. We clarified that we already had the car and had checked in the night before, but she seemed to become more frustrated during the interaction. Unfortunately, she did not apologize for the confusion or her behavior. Aside from this interaction, the rest of our stay was pleasant."

"Not handicap friendly. I ordered a handicap accessible room, verified at check in - WHILE IN A WHEELCHAIR - for the to give me a room with a bathtub and bars in them. Not even a bathchair. Not sure how they figure I can into a bathtub is I can't stand. Staff did not apologize and said it was accessible. Staff ended up being rude. I will never stay here. If you have a disability - stay away! Never been made to feel bad about being in a wheelchair. I did not stay and they refused to give my money back. "

"Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Two negatives: the parking fee was disguised using "self parking" with fee mentioned only when scrolling to bottom if pages. Though checkout was noon....people kept knocking on doors at 10 on staying housekeeping...disturbed our morning"
