A valid photo ID is required before check-in.
All guests must read and agree to our House Rules and Rental Agreement.
Guest verification through Know Your Guest is required.
You’ll be given the option to either pay a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend the waiver for added peace of mind in case of accidental damage.

🐾 Pet Policy:
We allow dogs only (no cats allowed) in select properties. If you're bringing a pet, please inform us in advance and review the following guidelines:
Fees:
$25 one-time pet deposit (non-refundable)
$10 per night, per pet
$100 penalty if a pet is brought without prior approval
Rules:
Max of 2 dogs per stay
Dogs must remain leashed outside the home
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly
Dogs must stay in the yard (if applicable)
All pets must wear an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times
No pets on furniture or bedding — $50 fee per item if violated
A $250 cleaning fee will apply if these rules are broken
No aggressive pets allowed
