$10 per night, per pet

$100 penalty if a pet is brought without prior approval

Rules:

Max of 2 dogs per stay

Dogs must remain leashed outside the home

Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly

Dogs must stay in the yard (if applicable)

All pets must wear an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times

No pets on furniture or bedding — $50 fee per item if violated

A $250 cleaning fee will apply if these rules are broken

A MESS

The pictures of the unit are very deceptive. BATHROOM - No soap or toiletries of any kind. No towel bars on the walls. One hand towel. CLOSETS - No coat hangers. No dressers or any type of storage. An ironing board but NO iron. KITCHEN - 2 of 4 stove burners do not work. One garbage bag. One hand towel. 1/4 roll of paper towels. No dish soap. 2 coffee filters (wrong size). Torn shades and broken storm shutters blocking light to the kitchen. I could go on but it is exhausting to list all the problems. Also watch out for the scam requiring a damage security even though damage insurance is in place. STAY AWAY.
