We provide starter kits amenities. WALK EVERYWHERE! GRILL, 2 POOLS, 13 DOCKS. Launch your boat from Jim’s pier and pull up to your assigned dock during your stay!! MUST RESERVE BOAT DOCK IN ADVANCE w onsite property manager - just reach out & we can assist. Complex has barbecue and docks, picnic area for viewing sunsets on the bay, a large covered patio with seating. Smart tv, wireless internet access, gated property with secure access, 17 docks for use,Fish Cleaning Station located at the entrance of the Fishing Dock. There’s a lot across the street to park your trailer. The station is equipped with a freshwater hose, cutting board, and cleaning brush. The station also has an electrical outlet and overhead light for those late-night fishermen. We have 4 coin-operated/credit card washers and dryers. Direct View of FIreworks in the summer and walkable to everything you want & need! Enjoy the Ferris Wheel, Go-Karts, minigolf or check out Laguna Bob's Bar on the Bay, Louis Backyard, D'Pizza Joint, Tequila Sunset, Coconut Jack's, Driftwood Landing, Cafe Karma Coffee & Books, Meatballs Cafe & more! Nice and Tranquil Stay

If you're looking for a perfect condo rental, look no further! Very clean and cozy; perfect for my family. Nice and clean. Location was perfect: bayside, close enough to entertainment, but quiet at night. Gated property so I know my vehicle is safe. Internet equipped which was fast and reliable. Definitely going to stay here again!!!
