"Nice and clean place for a family stay. Good breakfast options that kids liked. Pancake machine to make ur own. Scrabmbled eggs, sausages, bread, cinnabuns, yougurt, coffes, milk cereals, juice bar etc all ejoyed by kids with fresh fruits. Our queen room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bath tub was clogged and had to complete my shower in the puddle :( Bathtub issue should not have been overlooked by the staff and I find no excuse for this. "Took a hot minute to figure out the room temp situation but then we got the room temp adjusted and were fine. Rooms need some updates but overall cleanliness ok. Staff friendly and restaurant lady i recognized still there from last oct which speaks volumes if staff stay. The only thing i didnt like was our 3 yr old cut herself (nothing to do with the hotel everything to do with being 3) and i couldnt get hold of anyone at front desk to inquire about first aid kit. But other than that...good...
