"We booked a 4 night stay for two in a queen bungalow. Online the room included a pull out sofa however this was the smallest bungalow (room 103) and did not include a sofa or sitting area. I couldn't find any pictures online but the room pictured on here is 104. It was nice to have a private patio with a pool view, but a little uncomfortable having a single pane glass door with a flimsy lock where you sleep. We ended up moving rooms for an unrelated issue and the staff were beyond accommodating. We moved across the plaza to the white house and we're much happier with our room and we're gifted an extra night at no cost for the inconvenience. Continental breakfast was included and delicious (pastries, fruit, cereal - same daily). The cafe on the property was also lovely. Everything was walkable (30 mins to otherside of island). "Great location! Outside of the Duvall Street bustle but within easy walking distance to everything, including the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The onsite outdoor bar, the Tipsy Rooster, features great drinks and live music. The onsite pools are great. One has plenty of room for the family and the other is heated and provides a quieter, more laid-back and secluded place to relax. My go-to place in Key West for affordability and convenience! "

"We stayed two nights. Tony at the front desk was awesome! Hotel is super close to everything. They had guaranteed parking just around the corner if their adjacent spots were full (parking is always hard to find in Key West). A/C in room was great. Pools and hot tubs were very well maintained and nice temperature! Only negative was the bathroom mirror was too small and too high for my short wife - no excuse for such a small, high mirror!"

"We recently stayed at Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton and overall had a very enjoyable experience, with a few areas that could use improvement. The resort itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic—close enough to walk to the energy of Duval Street, yet far enough to feel like a relaxing escape. One of the biggest highlights was the beach, which is rare in Key West. There was plenty of space and good chair availability, and having food and drink service right on the beach and by the pools made it even better. We also really appreciated the amenities: two pools (one adults-only and one family-friendly), a well-equipped gym, and convenient on-site rentals for bikes and golf carts to explore the island. The concierge team(Cassy) was especially helpful and always available when we needed assistance. That said, the room fell a bit short of expectations for the price point. We stayed in Room 254, which was listed as a street view but was actually more of a rooftop view of the resort. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and definitely needs replacing. The sheers and window treatments also felt dated and due for an update. Additionally, the carpeting in the hallway leading to our room could use a more frequent cleaning. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay."

"The private pool is not private. It is near the walkways so everyone walking by can see into the pool/your room. The bar on the roof deck is small and the seats are not comfortable. The staff was awful, unfriendly, rude, and acted as we were bothering them. From the moment we arrived it was really disappointing."

"We were greeted by the lovely staff and given a tour of the grounds. The pool is small, but warm, and when we used it there was no one else in it. There is a coffee/tea bar poolside always open. You can also get cold or hot filtered water there. We had the room with a full kitchen. It was a spacious place facing Amelia Street. The couch and chairs in the living area were all clean and comfortable. Although the unit was mostly clean, there was quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. There is some wear and tear, including worn paint, water damage on the bottom of the patio door, burn marks on the glass stove top, and bath/shower caulking. It is easy to hear people and cars on the street, as well as A/C noise that is occurring outside the unit. I highly recommend using white noise for sleeping. I was able to sleep through the night, and the beds were quite comfortable. The convenience to Duval Street was amazing, as well as to several other attractions. We would stay here again should we come back. I understand that there are other rooms that are more newly updated. "
