"I contacted the host once & he responded very quickly. The hot tubs were inoperable. Maintenance was sent the next morning but hot tubs still did not work. No problem. The space was clean. Location is superb we walked everywhere, no need to rent a cart. Highly enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to live music each night. We would definitely rent the Egret again. I would like to suggest leaving more towels for guests though, as 1 towel per person for almost a week was a bummer. Thank you for a nice vacation spot!"

"Two things that I look for when staying away from home. 1) safety and 2) cleanliness. I was very pleasantly surprised at how both of those needs were met more than my expectations. I could tell that your staff has a lot of pride in keeping the property clean and looking nice. I never once felt unsafe. I rested easily at night. Thank you and I will be back!"
