"We stayed there on a family vacation with two teenagers for a few days. Office staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom felt outdated and had a really low light. But it was clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate. There was fresh coffee and tea all times of the day. Housekeeping came everyday to switch out towels, trash cans and tidy up bed, clean bathroom which was much appreciated. Room was huge and had a sitting area. There was a trolley stop to downtown just a few min walk from hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would certainly return to hotel. "

"Very clean with good amenities. If you have balance issues, be careful with the sloping floors as the building is newly and nicely renovated, but clearly a lot of settling of the foundation. "
