"I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel - similar in style to a travel lodge /holiday inn. Really quiet. A/C that works! Very comfy beds and good shower. We had an evening meal there and the food was spot on - I had the salad and it was delicious, really well-made. Hats off to the chef, Dani - thank you, you have real skill! Overall the staff are lovely, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Sea is only 5min walk away. Will definitely return - thankyou!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the bike & boot. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed with my elderly Mum & they were always kind & patient with her. We stayed in a large seaview room. The room & view were beautiful & everything was very clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. Great quality & plenty of choice. Touches like the water, coffee machine & biscuits in the lounge are great too. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks for a great stay."

"Lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff. We had the family room and it was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. There was a great choice for breakfast and the staff were always topping up the food, they could maybe benefit from better toasters but that's a minor problem. The hotel is in a lovely location and very handy if going to a concert at the open airport theatre"
