Had a twin room which looked like a double but beds pushed apart. One was pushed too far and had a light handgun down over it which was easy to knock. Dirty coffee cup left in cupboard. Someone else's water left in the fridge. No instructions on how to use coffee machine. Not asked how our stay was on check-out.
