Location, Location, Location. Reels, relaxation, roasts: that's Vintage Beach Studio, 7 miles south of Historic St. Augsustine. There is an extremely large patio with fire pit.

You can enjoy the best of both worlds, shade and sun, the choice is yours.Vintage Beach Studio A makes you feel delightfully secluded from the bustle of a busy beach town. Sit on the patio with a cool drink, or enjoy a casual meal..

There are also plenty of places for fun! Our 55 inch HDTV makes watching anything a little more exciting.

You'll love the open, beautifully decorated living area and being close to the kitchen.

Our kitchen is ready to be useful, equipped with stainless steel appliance, and includes microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything you could possibly need. Even if cooking is a very low priority for you this vacation, fill up the fridge and pantry with food and drinks or just head to the beach and order out. The choice is all yours.

Located just south of downtown St. Augustine and close to everything St. Augustine has to offer, you’ll be glad you choose to stay at our vacation home.

The studio was perfect! It was clean and had a great place to sit outside. It was on a quiet street. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay again when we visit St. Augustine.

Great location. Nice outside space. Not far from town and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Sleeps 4 and all needed items supplied for 4 people. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. One note. The bed is very hard. We ran to Walmart and grabbed a matress topper, then no issue. The pull out bed wasn't any better and kinda nasty, so the topper was a good solution for us.I would recommend this property, but watch out for the hard beds.
