"Very very comfortable accommodations. Close to most activities and Old town. Hot tub was an added bonus. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Neighborhood was quiet. Will recommend this property to friends and family and stay here again on our next visit to this area"
"This property is absolutely adorable! The care, attention, and painstaking love put into this property is noticeable in all of the little details and personal touches everywhere. I adored the local coffee in the lobby as well. My husband and I had an amazing stay. My only (little) complaints were the stiffness of the mattress, and the finicky door access at night/early morning. However, the hotel lets you know about the issues with the doors, so it's on me for not requesting a physical key after checking in. "

"Beautiful home convenient to beaches and old St. Augustine. We had 8 people and everyone had plenty of space to spend together and relax alone if you needed some quiet time. Definitely recommend! "
"The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance. All of the staff were lovely. The pool/gym could use some attention but were still fine. The shower handle in our room was a little wonky but again not a big deal. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but they looked busy. The valets were fast and super nice. They even told us about the golf club associated with the hotel and my husband and son played and loved it.
As a mom, traveling with my husband and two kids, what matters the most is the location, comfort for sleeping, safety, and if my kids have fun. The staff could not have been nicer to my 12 and 13 year children. They enjoyed the pool and had a great time. "
"Fantastic property! Perfect for our annual family summer trip to St Augustine! Plenty of room, kitchen is huge great for making meals and memories! We walked the neighborhood daily, lovely neighbors! We spent most days in the pool having a blast! The outside bar, TV and lounging area was perfect for us! Quick trip to the beach, fishing or downtown! Owners/property managers were great and good communication. Would definitely stay again! "

"The property was clean and perfect for two families with four kids. Everyone had plenty of space and the kids loved playing in the heated pool. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. In addition, the location was convenient being minutes from Historic St. Augustine and equally close to the beach. We had a great stay! "
