Stay in our beautifully renovated Grade 2 listed lodge, right in the heart of the stunning fishing village of Mevagissey and just a few level steps from the picturesque and authentic working harbour, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, leading to a wonderful courtyard with canopy and outdoor lighting. Lounge with smart TV, DVD, free WIFI and Amazon Echo. Sumptuous memory foam mattress and bamboo bedding will help you drift off and wake up refreshed, ready for your next adventure.
Step back in time and immerse yourself in the wonder of Cornish traditions. Watch the fishermen bring home their catch of the day, or take to the sea and join fellow guests on a scheduled fishing trip. Try rod fishing on the outer harbour and watch the sun go down whilst landing your own prize. Take to the sea and join fellow guests on a fishing trip Visit the aquarium and museum and learn about the local history of land and sea or for thrill seekers, enjoy a speedboat trip around the bays. Amid the cobble streets you will discover boutique shops, restaurants and bars and with plenty of seating around the harbour, a must is fish and chips whilst watching the world go by. You may be planning to experience one of the many annual festivals that Mevagissey proudly hosts, such as Feast Week, Sea Shanty or Toshers Race but whenever you come, our village will fill your heart with joy and make returning time and time again a must.
Mevagissey has great public transport links and is ideally situated for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. The Eden Project is 21 mins by car (9 miles) and further along the coast is the beautiful town of Fowey 30 mins by car (13 miles). Alternatively why not take the Ferry to Fowey from Mevagissey harbour! and hopefully spot the odd dolphin or two! Local sandy beaches and coves are abundant, the nearest being Portmellon, a few minutes drive away. Pentewan Sands is a similar distance with great watersport facilities/restaurant/bar. Discover the North Coast and the magnificent Fistral Beach at Newquay is just a 45 minute drive (22 miles). We live locally and can impart some little gems for you to explore.

Beautiful little place to stay. Cosy, clean and tidy, there was even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again. Communication was excellent throughout and the owners were lovely when we bumped into them as we left.

Perfect rest stop beautiful property!

Location and entire apartment was lovely. It had everything we needed for our short stay and the washing machine was a lovely bonus as we were hiking the south west coast path.

One night stay at the Harbourside Lodge

We are walking the SWCP so location of this accommodation is just off the path right in the heart of Mevagissey. Would certainly consider coming back again for longer stay to investigate the area better. It was a Saturday Night we stayed, weather was superb and Mevagissey was buzzing. So have great memory of our brief stay.

A very well appointed, very clean and super cute apartment with everything you could want for a short stay and right on the harbour side. My only slight criticism is that, in common with other buildings of this age, there is little sound insulation between the apartment and the accommodation above. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
