At the heart of the property sits a spacious open plan living area with a plush sofa and armchairs where guests can enjoy some gentle reading time or settle in front of the TV to watch the latest Netflix movie. This social living space is perfect for relaxing whilst still feeling integrated with the rest of your party.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. With two built-in ovens and a large integrated, American style fridge/freezer, you can enjoy delicious homecooked feasts around an inviting dining table.

Four well-appointed ensuite bedrooms offer accommodation for up to 8 guests. The spacious and airy master bedroom features a super king bed, with characterful ceiling beams and decor, and plenty of storage. There is a large ensuite shower room with double sinks. Bedroom two is furnished with two single beds, perfect for families with children and teenagers. The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the. Bedroom three offers a comfortable double bed, furnished with gentle decor and an ensuite shower room. Finally, bedroom four, with its beautiful vintage style and peaceful morning light, provides a double bed and stylish ensuite bathroom.

The house sits central to the grounds, with a large lawn area that is perfect for letting the children roam, without them ever being too far from sight. Many a day or evening can be spent relaxing around the patio area, dining outside or just enjoying a quiet moment in the privacy that the location provides. Please be aware that, while the garden is enclosed, it is not fully secured, and it is advised that dogs are supervised.

Please note, shortly prior to your arrival date we will contact you to authorise a security deposit payment of £300. This is a refundable deposit subject to there being no damage incurred during your stay.
