Cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home close to the beach and lots of local shopping

Experience St. Petersburg the right way, my lovely 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home is beautifully decorated and close to everything you need. St Pete Beach and Treasure Island beach are 1.5 miles away, the Pinellas bike trail is 2 blocks away, local bus stop that takes you downtown and to all beaches is at the end of the street. (1 block) Great quiet neighborhood, lots of shade for walking with large established oak trees lining most of the neighborhood.
Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart all within walking distance, along with dining and shopping.
I am looking for winter rentals only, October, November and December preferably one family for all 3 months but negotiable.
House is newly remodeled and very cozy and quaint inside and out. All Utilities and yard maintenance are included, you will love your little oasis in the sun!
