This half duplex features a private entrance and fenced-in backyard to make sure your fur baby won't go anywhere:) with lots of seating inside and out. The place will give a beachside feel sure to help you unwind and relax! Guests have access to their private half of the house, offering a bedroom with a queen bed, living room with a pull-out sofa, free Wi-Fi, 4K Smart Roku TV (we have left our Netflix, Hulu and Philo accounts on the TV for your convenience), Blu-Ray/DVD as well. We do provide a private laundry room with the guest's washer and dryer. Each room is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. Beach towels and a cooler are also available for guests to use. You will be staying in a residential area. Please, be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood; let's leave it like this:)
