The location was good - in downtown St. Pete's. There is one parking spot included with the room. The pool is awesome - large rectangular with swim lanes, heated, and underused! The place was overall clean. The bedroom has no windows, which was nice in the morning. The bed is firm - not our preference but OK. The kitchen provides the basics: cutlery, plates, bowls, pans, the main appliances but no ingredients. Not even salt and pepper. There is no dining room - so you eat in at the kitchen counter or in the living room (which explains the state of the living-room carpet). There is a tiny cafe set on the tiny balcony but it was too noisy and windy for us to use that. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer - we were mid-trip and made use of that. Note that it is a condensing dryer (no vent) and that there is a water container to empty occasionally. Overall it was a pleasant stay.Note: that before you get the key code, you will need to fill out a payment authorization form. This is after your credit card has been billed. It seemed irregular but apparently some guests have defrauded the hosts. I resisted at first, but relented. Note that no extra charges were made to my credit card (I checked!). So go ahead and sign the authorization.
