Beautiful, clean condo
We were so happy with our choice! Condo was spacious, very clean and well stocked. Starting supplies were plentiful and very considerate (microwave popcorn, basic seasonings, etc). Located right next to a pool with a view of the pool and golf course from the patio. Washer and dryer in the unit with supplies. My kids keep talking about how great the water pressure for showers was! Our friends were all jealous of the frozen concoction maker available in the condo. Not a single issue with the condo. Finding the office for the parking passes was our only challenge, which required just walking around the shopping plaza it is located in. Right next to a great restaurant, The Deck. Would definitely stay again if visiting St. Pete's!

Lovely Condo
We had a wonderful week in condo 240. Clean, sunny, quiet, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Only 1 issue getting a parking pass on Saturday when we checked in and the office was closed.

Beautiful resort area!
Quiet, calm resort area. Layout of condo was great for our needs. Close to pool and on the quiet side of St Pete Beach. Communication regarding hurricane was helpful and prompt. Only complaint was none of the email communication methods worked. Would have liked to be able to send a quick email about a few minor things and questions.
