Therefore, the best way to communicate with us is through the website app you booked through- We are always available and usually respond within one hour at most.
If, by any chance, we don’t answer, or if it’s an emergency, we recommend leaving a secondary message in addition to calling us, just to be safe.
We are a pet-friendly house and welcome your four-legged friends!
- Please make sure to include your friend in the reservation -there is an additional pet fee, which goes directly to our cleaners to cover the extra cleaning required.
- This fee is not flexible and is outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
