"Excellent location,staff really friendly and helpful Room large but with just a little handy work would be fantastic like marks on walls and carpet. Lift was fantastic to see something original still working and not having been replaced with something steel and with no character was a great surprise."

"cashless ? seriously wrong . cash is legal tender cards are not . it is a shame as i went to a pub to spend cash instead . not one , should be a choice and not forced on us as you lost out on a few quid by us going elsewhere for a drink."

"Location was close to the beach. Lots of walking, wear good shoes. There is a live bandstand on the beach near the hotel. Live acts are frequent but just missed one on the first night . did not hear the music. Great breakfast provided by hotel. Room was large."

"Good value for money ,stayed 1 night while visiting family . Room well furnished with tea coffee facilities, a fan for warmer days . My only negative was the access to shower ,only half the door opened which meant we have to squeeze in and out"
