"Next door was so noisey having a party or something was left outside for hours for a code got in tv was broken so couldnt watch it we went strait home asked for a full or part refund got told no avoid this is shambles "

"Great break away with the kids. Cosy, welcoming home away from home. Kids loved seeing and feeding the animals. We were even lucky enough to see some newborn piglets!"

"Quiet relaxing stay, great jacuzzi, PH levels were spot on, landlords were accommodating and helpful. Bedrooms were clean and towels provided. The underground heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a good touch. Local amenities were very close. Tescos express is a 2 mins drive. Overall very satisfying stay"

"We had a lovely stay at Higham Manor. The property is spacious with a great pool and hot tub. We had 3 generations of our family and a dog and everyone enjoyed themselves. The property is a quirky mix of shabby chic and gothic. With everything we needed for our stay. Lots of parking and no stress at checkin or checkout. Would definitely recommend this house."

"Fantastic spacious place which had all we needed. The fireplace in the living room was great for a cosy evening on the huge sofas. We enjoyed the dining room with a beautiful table and serviettes and table mats for a sophisticated dinner. Kitchen had plenty cutlery, crockery, glasses, and dishes and cooking utensils. Just a tea pot was missing for us. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Just a few glasses and cups that needed a rinse. The kettle looked not right at the bottom so we didn’t...

"This property is just amazing. Full of character and charm and so very well suited to the large group that we were. From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! And what can we say about that...

"We enjoyed a lovely 12 night stay at the Dairy. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely patio. We had amazing weather and enjoyed many days out cycling and visiting National Trust properties as well as the coast. It’s not walking distance to any amenities really but was very peaceful and a great base for sightseeing in a beautiful part of the country."

"We booked a stay at this accommodation for the 31st December ( New Year’s Eve ). We drove almost 2 hours to get there. When we got there we were not sent a code to get in. We tried to ring and message multiple times but was ignored. When we finally got a code (an hour later) we saw that the hot tub was deflated with leaves and bugs in it, just overall very dirty. There was also rubbish by the hot tub in the garden. We rang the company as obviously was unhappy with this. The women we spoke to...

"Really lovely location and space. Communication with owner very good. Children loved the space and great we were all able to sit and eat together. Cooking facilities met our needs. Plenty of crockery for adults and children. A little shortage of spoons. Hot tub great to use. Our only concern was finding glass shards which had been missed in the cleaning process."
