"Room was nice and clean. Beds were super soft and pillows too soft. No firm pillows. Maybe have to ask for them. Beds we full not queen. Room gets cleaned each day. We had an issue in the restroom and maintenance came in less than 10 min. "

No electrical outlet near bed to plug in phone. No refrigerator. Great location and staff, but would not stay here again. "

"Our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good, location was convenient and we did not use the parking since we took the train. Hotel seemed to be taken care of even though it is a very old building. We would definitely stay again."

"Our stay in New York left us with mixed feelings The only positive aspect was the location The hotel is very close to Times Square, which was convenient and central Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing We arrived at 2:00 AM after a long flight and were told there was no room available, even though we had booked and paid in advance We were sent to another hotel in the middle of the night, which was extremely frustrating The next day, we were told to return in the morning, but the room was still not ready During our stay, the staff was not friendly or helpful On Friday evening, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower We contacted the front desk, but received no real assistance, only a general explanation To make matters worse, staff members mocked my accent when I tried to communicate, which was disrespectful and unacceptable Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations and I would not recommend staying here."
