"Very cool hotel. The staff were great. We were disappointed about the shuttle service to the casino though. We called the number and the driver was unprofessional and basically told us he had no room. The shuttle was a big reason for booking at The Ambassador. All in all, we would recommend staying there but just don’t count on the shuttle if you’re visiting the casino."

"Our stay was fantastic. The staff, breakfast and drink reception was wonderful and helped to bring our party of 12 together. It was easy to meet our group in the lobby to visit. Breakfast was a nice addition. We liked the complimentary drinks with cheese, pretzels and crackers available around 5:00 for a quick snack. The furniture could use a little updating, but the beds and towels were comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay on a busy weekend."

"Room was clean, staff is friendly, pool is cold and smaller than expected. My kids didn't mind that it was less than 5foot deep at its deep end. A/c took a full day to get to 68 degrees and at night it felt damp. The refrigerator took a long time to cool and made us think it didn't work. There isnt a free continental breakfast as shown on Expedia. Mall across the street has lots of vacant stores but a couple resteraunt options"

"The outside seating area was littered with cigarette butts and a few bits of trash. Landscaping needs major work (very unattractive. The pressure of the shower was very poor. A couple of safety rails are needed. I had a couple of times that I almost slipped & fell. The staff was outstanding! Warm, friendly and very helpful."
