"Really great location, building and facilities in a beautiful spot. We were taking a cruise the next day and stayed at this hotel because of the location to the coast. We had ocean views from our room. The hotel itself is very well preserved and very charming. The bar and restaurant were first class as well. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Bury Villa in Gosport! The house looked even grander in person than in the pictures, and there were some lovely touches on check in that really showed care - dining table already laid out beautifully, folded towels on the beds like swans, that sort of thing! Everyone in our group slept very well and had no complaints about anything. The beds and living areas were all very clean and comfortable; kitchen was spotless and extremely well appointed for a large group. The fact that there is a bathroom/toilet for every bedroom was excellent too. We were very happy with everything!We had no issues with the stay, communication, and service on the run up to our stay was great and helpful, the team could answer any question very quickly, the handover/check in process was conducted in person and helpful.One thing to be aware of is the size of house and number of bathrooms - if everyone staying wants to shower in morning or at night that's a lot of hot water demand so I would suggest if staying here to put the heating on well ahead of when needed and to plan ahead and stagger when guests are using baths & showers so that they are all nice and hot for everyone.Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"
