A modern studio apartment located in the centre of the historic riverside town of Stourport-on-Severn. The apartment is housed in a Grade II listed property adjacent to the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal. The three live music venues of the Black Star Pub , The Swan and the Severn's Club are all within 'shouting' distance. The canal basin, River Severn and River Stour are all a short walk away.
The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard including a complete re-wire and new plumbing. It would suit a single person or couple. There is no separate bedroom but the pull-out sofa bed is a double, has a thick mattress and is very comfortable. There is also a fully equipped kitchen including sink, oven, hob and fridge. BT business provides very fast wifi and there is a 42" smart TV.
I offer a meet and greet service to all of my guests and so either myself or an associate will meet you in person at the property to get you settled in and to answer any questions that you have. Access to the apartment is via a communal door at street level and then up two small flights of stairs to the property itself. There are three residential apartments in the building, one of which is a very large two-bedroomed apartment (sleeping six people) which I will shortly be launching on Airbnb as "Canal View."
I will be available 24/7 to respond to any questions, queries or issues that you have during your stay. Members of my team live in Stourport and so there will always be someone on hand to provide you with immediate assistance should you need it.
Parking is available over the road from the apartment on The Swan Pub carpark. It costs £5 per day. I am currently in negotiation with The Swan and another business in the town to provide free parking to my guests. There is a large Co-op supermarket just around the corner of the building and other additional amenities on the High Street. The apartment has a fantastic location.
