"Having some experience with world travel, I found Point A Hotel Dublin a fine establishment, from the start of my visit: central location, clean, and safe environment with kind, friendly, professional, and personable staff: for instance, two of the most accommodating receptionists, Christina, Caterina, were especially outgoing and remarkably helpfulāangelic saviors, in easing and resolving my distress from mis-booking or wrongly scheduling my stayāthey saved the day! Some other staff whose names I caught and who were especially friendly and helpful include Cloe and Marcelina.
Ian, one of the managers, was a joy to meet, speak, and visit with. At the bar, we spoke of the local spirits, where, to my great delight, he introduced me to some genuine Irish tastes I had not had before. A few nights later there I met Oscar, was also equally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We chatted a bit at the bar/lounge about current events playing quietly (or silently, but captioned) on the television and shared some thoughts and our backgrounds. Also, James was so polite and helpful, kind to help me with my bags and a few small but significant needs.
Fellow lodgers were courteous and respectful in this peaceful, clean, quiet, safe, and so on gem-like niche in the heart of the city (city centre). I have already booked my second stay.
Now Iām back (due to my mis-scheduling some), and the hotel is better, so to speak. Being more familiar with the establishment, I especially enjoyed my stay"
