"My wife, who is an artist, loves the decor of this hotel. I found the staff really helpful. We had an odd problem with our room due to the kettle causing an electrical short. The staff were excellent in sorting out the problem and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is very good and well laid out with options for a personalised service. The beds are very comfortable, we have stayed there before so can compare the rooms. The location is excellent, just near the railway station. We plan to stay there again when visiting family."

We didn't use the spa facilities so unable to comment on them. The restaurant had a huge old mill wheel on show behind a glass screen. This made for an interesting feature. The hotel was conveniently situated on the edge of Cambridge, near the A14, and only about a seven minute drive to the Cambridge Park and Ride."
