"Booked dinner at this hotel because they said they had multiple menu items for allergy issues! Turned out they hadnt. Really well dealt with on the night by two excellent members of staff. Rooms were better in the hotel - our 'suite' was a little tired. Breakfast and lady who served it was fantastic. An Ipswich win made the stay more enjoyable. "

"We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! The room was an awkward shape and a very poor layout. The furniture looked really tired and the wardrobe had a handle missing, there was paint peeling off the walls in certain areas. The whole room was in need of a revamp! The bathroom was more modern and had obviously been done up recently though. We ate in the restaurant which was extremely overpriced with very small portions, i would recommend eating elsewhere if you get the chance! The pool/spa facilities were good, although the steam room didn't have much steam in it! Overall a very disappointing stay for a supposedly four star hotel, i have stayed in far better places and would not stay here again! There is a more modern side of the hotel which is probably more up to par than the old side that we stayed in?"

"Pleasant stay"

"Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value for money. "

"Our stay was amazing due to high standard of cottage . Very quiet and peaceful and well Located for visiting other places of interest and the train from Brundall to Norwich is so efficient and cost effective"

"Perfect place for our family birthday celebration - ideally suited for three families , great for our little grandchildren as they could play in the enclosed courtyard & the older ones enjoyed the table tennis, darts, basketball & golf. All of us really enjoyed the hot tub.Its so spacious we could all chill out in our separate areas.Its a really great property & we would hopefully return one day & recommend it to other families."
