La ubicación es buena para viajar por Cantabria. Tiene buena comunicación y cerca de la playa aunque necesitas el coche por las cuestas para volver a casa. El garaje(estrecho) y la piscina vienen bien. Buenas condiciones de limpieza del apartamento
