  • Nestled on the Island of Sunset Beach, this delightful beach house boasts 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds. With amenities like WiFi, AC, 6 TV's and a in home washer & dryer, guests can relax and unwind in style. The 2 bathrooms both have full tub showers and come equipped with bath towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner as well as hair dryers. During the warmer months, most guests prefer to shower outside with the ocean breeze. The front porch offers a perfect place to enjoy sunrises with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The back porch has a gas grill and a small seating area perfect for sunset cocktails & grilling. Under the house is another seating area with privacy walls and a television, perfect for watching the big game. The renters closet is also located under the house and comes equipped with basic beach necessities, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and of course 4 beach bikes to explore the island with. Sunset Beach offers a relaxed, quiet, and slow pace of living...only just minutes from the hustle and bustle of North Myrtle or Ocean Isle. Countless Golf Courses are within a short drive of this beach house.

Clean home with useful amenities. 4 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed screened porch and under-the-house TV sitting area. Shower at parking area was great to remove sand from beach. Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful beach.

Isla Vida was the perfect spot for our Sunset Beach getaway! We appreciate all the thought and care that went into making our stay inviting, comfortable, and delightful! We especially enjoyed picnics and riding bikes on the beach. All the beach gear (cooler, bikes, buggy/wagon, chairs, canopy, and sand toys) provided made it a breeze. The screened porch and downstairs sitting area were great spaces to relax. Local wildlife (deer, bunnies, and a bobcat) were always fun to spot and watch.

I would definitely recommend staying here for your vacation. We usually stay on 40th street but this place had several things we loved. We liked the closeness to the pier (but not too close lol) and the stores. Gorgeous sunsets were just a few steps away. Loved the fact that we could hear the ocean waves while enjoying coffee or wine on the porch. Loved the bunk beds which were perfect for 4 young boys. The bikes and extra beach chairs etc were a definite plus! There are too many extras to list, but a few included spices, blender, well stocked kitchen, even a crockpot. The outside seating and tv was also a winner as well as the outdoor shower and hose. Communication with the host was absolutely a 10 out of 10. We enjoyed our week immensely and hope to return again!
